Job Title: Head of Property Management at Oakwood Estates
Location: Iver
Salary: OTE of £40,000 per year plus Company Audi and Blackberry Phone Provided
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6:30pm and Friday 9am until 6:00pm

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for a confident, proactive individual focused on providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.
Skills and Attributes
You should have:
• Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management.
• Excellent organisation and diary handling
• Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
• CFP Winman experience is beneficial
• A commitment to providing customer service.
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be directed by the Directors to meet the needs of the business
Main Purpose of the Job:
• Oversee the smooth running of the property management department, which currently manages over 300 residential properties.
• Manage a team of 3 all located at the Iver branch
• Resolve issues raised by landlords and tenants quickly and effectively
• Provide a high level of client care when dealing with both landlords and tenants to encourage recommendations and repeat business.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Motivate the property management team ensuring we recruit and retain the best people.
• Source new clients and then exceeding their expectations
• Work with existing landlords to increase their portfolios
• Convert let only / let and rent collection landlords to fully managed
• Review and source contractors
• Ensure the portfolio is compliant as advised by our Group Compliance Director.
• Provide oversight and direction for department
• Oversee department diary
Additional Responsibilities:
• Be involved in the department recruitment process as and when the need arises
• Carry out department appraisals and follow ups
• Deal with any department HR issues after consultation with MD
Measurable Outputs:
• Property management and renewal income
• Number of properties under management (portfolio growth)
• Compliance
• Number of new property management clients
• Customer satisfaction (which is measured)
