Are you an enthusiastic Extra Care professional looking to expand your experience?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting and innovative organisation that is committed to making a lasting impact on the local community. City West Housing Trust is passionate about providing excellent housing services at the heart of the communities we are part of. That’s why we put our customers first and work with them and our partners to make our homes and neighbourhoods better places to live.

At City West we believe that people are our biggest asset. Our Investor in People Gold accreditation is proof of our commitment to developing and encouraging excellence.

As part of the newly-established ForViva group, we’re a busy team with lots to do. If you have a “can do, will do” approach, can hit the ground running and share our passion for making things happen, then you’ll fit right in.

Reporting to the Extra Care Manager, you will be part of a broader team of professionals responsible for providing an excellent Extra Care service.

This is the perfect role if you have:

  • Experience in housing or extra care services
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Experience of partnership working
  • Excellent customer service skills

As well as a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement, we offer a range of benefits for a rewarding career including a health cash plan, pension scheme, child care vouchers and staff discount club membership. We’ll also make sure you get the training and benefits you deserve.
