Temporary Assistant Highways Gullies Inspectors
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience
Terms: Full-time to be worked on a flexible basis

Based across Bristol this is a temporary position until 30th June 2017 initially

Start: A.S.A.P

If you are have IT skills with experience of using hand-held devices to input data and are a good communicator then why not come and work on our clients new project supporting the highways maintenance industry. You will be supporting our Highways Gullies Inspector involved in InTouch SmartWater and InTouch SmartClean projects in inspecting the entire highways gully network in the above location. Sampling of silt and salt within the water for these projects may also be required. Full training will be given.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Good communications skills to help deal with the general public
  • Self- motivated – able to work alone or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in civil engineering/ gully cleaning and knowledge of the Highways Maintenance industry would be an advantage
  • Experience of hand-held devices as well as being IT literate would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail but with a willingness to follow instructions but use own initiative when necessary
  • Hold a current driving licence
