IVA Consultant / IVA Advisor / Debt Consultant / OTE £55k / Individual Voluntary Arrangements

IVA Consultant is needed for our client, one of the fastest-growing and exciting new IVA packaging companies in the UK. To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience as a telephone based Debt Consultant, focusing on working with real-time warm IVA web leads. This role is based in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

You will be responsible for the full sales process, from the initial fact find call with a client through to the submission of the case to an Insolvency Practitioner. You will be identifying customers eligible for an IVA and liaising with clients until submission of the IVA. You must have excellent attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the legislation around Individual Voluntary Arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a telephone-based Debt Consultant, working on IVA web leads
• B2B or B2C outbound sales experience
• Good negotiating and closing sales skills
• Good organisation and planning skills
• Fantastic listening skills
• Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
• Have a flexible working attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Computer literate with good keyboard skills
• Ability to follow standards and achieve set goals within define timescales
• Self-motivated, ambitious and money driven
