The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of evaluative software intended for Human Resources.

Main duties:
To support the team and company by managing customer queries on the telephone on a day-to-day basis and ensure excellent customer service and support (German Market)

The Role:
- Assist the sales process within customer service department
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times to internal and external customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring the database is continually kept up to date
- Understand the product and client requirements to provide a tailor-made service
- Inform the Business Development Manager of any implementation ideas to enhance productivity
- Provide customer service/support through inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to customer queries efficiently by fax, e-mail or letter
- Support and handle dispatch or return transactions
- Additional Ad Hoc duties may be spontaneously required
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday role/ 37.5hours per week

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and/or call centre environment - MANDATORY
- Strong telephone skills - MANDATORY
- Experience working with psychology would be a plus
- Ability to work comfortably as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to organise own workload
- IT Literate
