Our client is an expanding organisation based in Altrincham who are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join their busy team. You will be offered excellent training and good long term career progression

This role is to work with and develop individual skills to become a fully capable member of the support team.

  • Your role will cover the following at some stage during your progression:
  • The use of Computer and Telematics Software
  •  Answering and taking telephone calls
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Dispatching orders to customers
  • Delivering customer service
  • Data inputting
  • Use of a variety of software packages, Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Polite and well presented
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Must be committed and want to learn
  • Well-mannered
  • Professionalism
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spread sheets
  • Attention to detail

Training to be provided:

  • Training will be provided for all new software and Hardware applications and supervision will be in place until a level of acceptable competency has been achieved. Progression in the company will be based on performance and support and training will be provided for all employees to develop into available roles
