Experienced Assembly Cell Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Plan work, supervise and deliver training whilst working alongside the team.
• Set mechanical press tools, ensure correct use of hand tooling, resolve technical issues, carry out competent stage build inspection and test.
• Working to ISO 9001 procedures maintain a high standard of 5S workplace organisation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of electro mechanical assembly, soldering, looming and tool set up.
• Previous experience managing a team and allocating work in a cellular environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate, familiar with MRP/ERP systems and able to read technical drawings.

Package: circa £17000 + o/t

Holidays - 20 days (rising to 25 days after 5 years) + statutory holidays

40 hours per week
