Sales Support Administrator

This company are excited to be recruiting for an outgoing and confident Sales Support Administrator to join their Blackburn based team on a part-time basis.
They have experienced rapid growth and are looking for a real all-rounder to spearhead our continued growth and to develop the business.

This is going to be an extremely busy but varied role and you will be taking on lots of responsibility including assisting the day to day running of the business, converting inbound sales enquiries, visiting customers at their home to sign contracts and following up on non-paying customers.
You will also have responsibility for some administration work including processing orders onto our system.

While the sales part of the role is not a pressure sales situation you need to have the ability to get the sale as opposed to just giving the customer information.

In terms of personal qualities, you will need to be ambitious, driven and trustworthy as well as possessing strong people skills to manage customer expectations. Attention to detail, competent in the use of computer software and being able to multitask are also very important.

In return they are offering an hourly rate of between £9.00 and £10.00 per hour depending on relevant experience, a laptop and a mobile phone. You will be contracted to 25 hours per week across 3-4 days.
They can be flexible with working hours and if you have specific requirements they can be negotiated.
In addition, this role will be working from home for the immediate future.
You will need a full UK driving license as well as access to your own vehicle for visiting customers.
