The successful Case Manager will receive a salary of £23,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent benefits.

Evolution Money is looking for a Case Manager, this is a challenging and fast paced role with a primary aim to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth customer journey.

The Case Manager Role:

Working in line with FCA regulations, you will be responsible for reviewing all approved loan cases prior to funding, this includes a high level of customer contact, ensuring that all their documentation is in line with our criteria.

Coming from a strong teamwork background, you will be expected to work with others to ensure a smooth customer journey. With a Feefo customer satisfaction rating of 88% we strive for quality as opposed to quantity.

As our Case Manager you will ideally be CeMap qualified, you will also have:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication skills

- Robust time management and organisation skills

- Outstanding team working skills

- Great decision making skills

- Meticulous attention to detail
