We're looking for an experienced handy man/maintenance person. You will need knowledge of most maintenance issues, including painting, decorating, carpentry, general DIY handy jobs and an understanding of plumbing and electrics.

You will be responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and trust worthy. You should hold a Full Clean UK driving license. You will to take pride in your work with a 'can do attitude', be responsible, punctual and organised.
