Our client produces some of the UK's best known food and beverage products and seeks Regional HR Manager to look after two of its sites with a combined workforce of 240 in the South East and South West.
A challenging and interesting role in which you will provide support through significant change management programmes, offering "hands on" advice and support and managing Site HR Representatives.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Harmonisation of both sites from a procedural and operational perspective.
- Organisational Development and Change Management.
- Resourcing - manage the manpower plan requirements during organisational change.
- Performance Management.
- Employee Relations - disciplinaries, grievances, sickness.
- Employee Engagement.
To make the shortlist you will need to be an HR Manager with experience in a multi site manufacturing business. You should have up to date employment law knowledge and recent experience in change management.
IPD Qualified, you will be based in the South East of England but with the flexibility to travel to the other site in the South West. A driving licence is therefore essential. You will ideally have HR Project Management skills and proven abilities in resourcing, succession planning and talent management.
Your excellent communication skills should be backed by tenacity, persistence and patience as well as resilience, energy and gravitas.
