Our Newcastle Office is currently looking to expand its already successful team with the addition of an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The successful candidate will take over the responsibility for an established desk. The success of this role hinges on you being able to continue providing a first class recruitment service to both candidates and clients alike. In addition you will be supported in expanding the division to further grow its status as a profitable entity in our Newcastle Office. You will work closely with the office manager who will provide assistance, mentoring and coaching as required. You will be confident, able to display a flair for business development and customer service, posses excellent time management skills and be able to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
Above all, you will be able to demonstrate areas of success in your work and academic life to date. We offer a superb commission structure, holiday bonus and incentive scheme, as well as exciting team building days out. It is preferred that you have gained previous experience working within the construction sector or a closely related field.
