Manufacturing Engineer
I am currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our Aerospace Interior Manufacturing clients based in Clevedon, Somerset on a permanent basis.
This role will be paying up to ??32,000 per annum dependant on experience
Job Role:
Responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering. The role includes aspects of the customer's order from the start of the project which includes tooling, materials and related plant and equipment to ensure timely completion. Also, responsible to write and maintain Manufacturing Procedures for internal products through to full production support.
Job Roles:
* Determine the most suitable manufacturing methods to achieve the desired results
* Use catia to the latest version to draft tooling for manufacture
* To determine with Production Engineers the most cost effective routings for parts made or brought in
* Load the company SAP system with BOM and route full SAP planning duties
Required Experience:
* Composite Engineering Experience or similar (Minimum 5 years)
* CAD Experience - Catia V5 R18+
* Previous Composite Manufacturing Engineering role held
* Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes for composites
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
