Coeliac UK represents 60,000 Members providing information and support to those affected by coeliac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis or following a gluten-free diet. It also campaigns on behalf of all those living with coeliac disease and undertakes research into the causes of the disease.

This position sits across our Digital Services portfolio of 4 websites and mobile apps supporting all parts of the charity to maintain and develop the applications portfolio. Duties will include but not be limited to, enhancing our portfolio through change control and managing issues to resolution; project support and communications between in house teams and our external service providers, staff helpdesk support, system testing, and working closely with database managers to ensure ongoing and improving flows of data across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the digital development roadmap.
• Contribute, maintain and action tickets raised through the ICT support systems.
• Co-ordinate, define and research accordingly to inform digital project and business development plan deliverables.
• System testing and quality control.
• Project support.
• Monitor and report on digital systems.
• Ensure compliance with best practice standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Expert in content management systems and have extensive experience in developing user journeys, optimising user experience and delivering multi variate testing.
• Excellent general IT skills, with use of MS project, and MS Visio desirable.
• Use of collaborative working portals.
• HTML/ CSS knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• An understanding of SEO and the impact of actions on search visibility.
• A motivated individual with initiative and a structured approach to work who has excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Can maintain great supplier relationship standards.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A team player.
• At least 1 year of similar Digital Systems management.
• At least five GCSEs at grade C and above, including Math and English.
• A qualification in website development or a related subject is desirable but experience may replace qualification.

12 month fixed term contract.

Salary: £23,369 to £28,562 Based on Experience
