We are looking for a bright, confident, articulate Account Manager who has a desire to learn and progress. The successful candidate will have B2B sales experience, with an understanding of building and maintaining client relationships. You will be target driven, persistent and resilient in nature.

The Role:

It will be your job as an Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with our key clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and responsible for ensuring that all customer queries and requirements are managed in the correct way. You will also identify new solutions to address their business needs and liaise with the development team to make sure that -if this can be delivered, when will it be delivered?

This is a rare opportunity to start or develop a career in the software as an Account Manager and there are clear opportunities to move into a more senior role as you achieve your targets.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar account management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing clients in the B2B sector
  • Outstanding communication abilities including copy writing, presentation and written skills
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • A persuasive and confident approach
  • Staying up-to-date with industry product launches to always ensure you're on top of your game!
  • Technically savvy
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focused language
