OVO Energy is leading a new generation of energy providers with a fresh outlook and a unique way of doing business. We are now looking for an Agile Service Manager to join our team.

If you're an experienced service manager with great knowledge of Agile principles, we want you to come and work in our Bristol offices.

As the Agile Service Manager, you will be tasked with making sure that all live and production systems do exactly what OVO Energy and its customers need them to do.

As a key member of our Service Support Team, you'll make sure that our users and customers are consistently happy and comfortable with the technology and services they use. You'll provide key guidance and tactical direction to internal resources and manage the flow of information to OVO Energy's stakeholders.

Most importantly, you'll be instrumental in the design, improvement and successful execution of the Agile Service Management principles across our tech operations.

Interested? To be considered, you must have:

- Proven experience of working as a Service Manager for business critical services within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience of working to Agile principles
- Working Service Management and ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM tools, cloud-based services and technologies used within the energy industry
- Knowledge of service management and helpdesk software
- Strong configuration, troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills
- At a minimum, an ITIL intermediate level qualification
- At a minimum, A-Levels or equivalent, ideally a degree

As the Agile Service Manager, you'll be comfortable managing your time and prioritising your workload effectively. Great communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the willingness to always go that extra mile to help others.
