Sales advisor for growing textile manufacturer/online retailer. Primarily will be dealing direct with end customers servicing sales and enquiries for our own lines of luxury bespoke bedding, curtains and other home textile products.
Candidate must have had previous sales experience over the phone as we deal with customers country wide and must be able to deliver a personable service to all customers. (Textile experience not essential but preferred)
32 Hours per week.
Car Park Space provided.
Responsibilities are as follows
- Field Inbound sale calls and enquires.orders
- Deal with website email enquiries
- Liaise with existing trade customers and keep the relationship running smoothly.
- Invoice Trade customers by checking prices are correct and sending out invoices
- Update M.D with Monthly sales reports from Sage
