Office Junior

Castlebarn Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Office Junior to join our team based in Maidstone. The role will be a full time, permanent position and the successful Office Junior will receive a competitive salary of national minimum wage.

We are a well-established KFC franchise that has been operating for over 35 years. Our current estate consists of 11 KFC stores located in the South East and we employ over 450 employees. We also have exciting expansion plans for 2017 which will see an aggressive growth to our portfolio.

The Officer Junior will have

- An analytical approach to work; identifying patterns/trends with various data

- Attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Be self motivated

- Ability to work to deadlines

- Work in a team and help support our office team particularly in the Maintenance and Accounts department

- Willingness to undertake different duties in a day - answering phone calls, organising daily post, conducting telephone interviews, filing, and data input

- Generate and be in control of all uniforms issued to our stores – ensuring all returns received and reconciled

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
