We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the team at our plant in Northwich. The position is a key member of the Weavergate site leadership team and the successful Continuous Improvement Manager will be instrumental in helping to implement and drive our continuous improvement programme forward at our Northwich site.


Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading the Site TPM Programme, facilitating the effective execution through all site resources in line with the Site strategy and the global and regional TPM programme. You will also be:
  • Providing Site expertise and coach others in the application of TPM tools and techniques related to all TPM pillars.
  • Providing visible TPM Leadership and develop a loss analysis culture.
  • Driving the achievement of TPM savings for the site.
  • Directing responsibility for the TPM process deployment and progress aligning with the global and regional masterplans.
  • Managing and coordinate resources (People/Materials/equipment) in a safe and efficient manner to produce finished product right first time.
  • Applying safety standards and achieve Occupational Health and Environmental standards on site.
  • Achieving Operation Efficiency results for the Weavergate site.       
  • Achieving Customer, Quality and Service targets for site.    
  • Ensuring a high level of positive employees’ engagement within the team.                                                         
 The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager:
  • A strong background in TPM and continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of managing a department and leading others
  • Degree in chemical engineering, engineering, sciences or supply chain management
  • Extensive relevant industrial experience where you have demonstrated the above skills
