MAIN DUTIES

* Building a reputation as a trusted advisor who continually delivers value to the business
* Engaging with business stakeholders to build sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships
* Supporting operational transformation including the delivery of operating model reviews, process optimisations and IT implementations
* Providing constructive challenge early in the project formation process to pro-actively address and limit issues during design and delivery
* Leading the development of Business Consulting's methods, tools and accelerators
* Supporting the business in the definition and delivery of accurate and realistic benefit profiles
* Providing insights on latest market developments and innovations
* Managing 3rd party vendors to ensure high performance and delivery
* Adhering to internal project methodologies to ensure outputs are delivered within the defined frameworks
* Managing stakeholder expectations through relevant and regular communications
* Proactively managing workloads and competing priorities, taking appropriate action to address potential issues that could impact delivery

DESIRED SKILLSET

* Excellent knowledge and understanding of operational transformation principles, tools and methodologies
* 5 years+ business experience with a proven track record of successful delivery
* Understanding of latest market development and innovations within the Global Insurance sector
* Experience of working with or in a London Market Insurance, Reinsurance or Services organisation
