Management Accountant
Our client is a UK industry leader in manufacturing offering a rare opportunity to join the largest business of a Leicestershire based manufacturing group with exposure to private equity owners. The company has achieved year on year growth through business acquisitions, and are investing for further growth. They offer various engineering solutions, from individual precision machined components to complex assemblies as used by major customers.

Role
*Reporting to the Finance Manager and based in Hinckley, however the role covers four facilities within the local area of which would also come under your place of work
*Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and submission to Group deadlines
*Assist with preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts & Taxation submissions
*Assist with preparation of Budgets and Forecasts
*Support transactional team in AR and AP and Payroll
*Multi-currency environment maintenance of cash books and bank reconciliations
*Multi-currency cash flow forecasting and management
*Ad hoc reporting and projects to support Operations team, investigation of manufacturing variances and product costing/margin review
Skills
*Qualified accountant (qualified by experience acceptable for an outstanding candidate and possible study support available)
*Experience in manufacturing
*Familiar with reporting in a Group environment
*Experienced in standard costing and variance analysis in complex manufacturing environments
*Exposure to large ERP systems (Epicor experience an advantage)
*Strong IT skills, advanced Excel
*Familiar with management of working capital in a multi-currency environment
*Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with Operations staff
