Customer Service Adviser (Spanish Speaking)

Global technology business seeks Spanish speaking Customer Service Adviser for 6 months in Basingstoke.

You'll be working as part of a multinational team, who are constantly innovating and developing new standards.

Your new role
You'll become a member of an already established, high performing support team, whose aim is to deliver outstanding customer service. The team is hard working, approachable, friendly and provides a great telephone support service. You will be responsible for managing the expectation of its partners including resellers, distributors and end using the latest support software.

What you'll need to succeed
You have strong customer support skills, you have provided customer support in a fast paced environment previously and you have a good eye for detail. You are hard-working, able to focus and not afraid of asking questions or making suggestions. Being a good team player is crucial; however you will also need to be able to work individually without constant supervision. You will need to be a fluent Spanish and English speaker who has provided telephone customer support previously, ideally in a technology driven company.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly pay rate of GBP11.43. You'll be learning and developing skills in an organisation, which is industry leading and prides itself on the quality of its work. It is expected this interim role will last for a period of 6 months but this could be longer. The office has onsite parking and canteen facilities.
