Title: Customer Service Advisors
Location: Hull
Salary: £16,000 - £22,000 per annum
Our client is looking to recruit permanent, full-time Customer Service Adviser to be based in Hull.
Job responsibilities:
Handle volume inbound call enquirers and make follow up outbound calls to customers
Able to handle complex enquirers and complaints
Manage data entry ensuring all call information in logged correctly.
Respond to all inquiries from all members up to the first level resolution and refer any second resolution calls to other sections across the organisation as appropriate.
Requirement and Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a team.
Good attention to detail.
Flexible to work shifts.
