Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Safety Service Manager
Provide a comprehensive Fire Safety compliance service for all Council owned and similar 3rd party customers' buildings and land, being the key advisor to the Corporate Landlord on compliance of the Corporate Estate regarding Fire Safety.
Provide comprehensive expert advice to Derby City Council colleagues, duty holders and customers to ensure the legislative duties under approved document B and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) order 2005 are discharged effectively, setting performance specifications and standards and ensuring works meet the required quality standard.
Develop policies, processes and procedures that improve and manage fire compliance and support Derby City Councils Corporate Landlord approach
