Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP28,000 plus OTE
Our client, a growing environmental consultancy is looking to further expand their team by appointing a Business Development Manager within their Leeds offices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, assisting the team to increase the project workload and improve services.
Experience: For this position candidates are expected to have demonstrable experience of managing large accounts, creating new leads and liaising with clients. It is anticipated that the successful Business Development Manager will have previously worked within the energy and sustainability sector, increasing sales of services such as EPC assessments, SAP assessment and sustainable design services.
Duties:
* Developing new business though email, phone and face to face meetings
* Managing specific client accounts, including attending client meetings
* Monitoring and managing client accounts
* Understanding the business requirements of clients and delivering solutions
* Managing correspondence between clients and the technical staff
* Utilising computer packages including word, excel and outlook
