Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an amazing new opportunity that allows you to use all your skills and experience, whilst being empowered to develop further.

This is a great opportunity to work with an international eCommerce team in a new office set up in Corby.

We are a successful online retail business which is launching in the UK and owned by a German parent company.

This is an exciting and dynamic role with major responsibility; helping establish what will be a great environment. Setting up processes and procedures to very high standards reflecting the reputation of the brand, whilst enabling rapid growth of the UK office.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will be a key part of the company's establishment here in the UK. There will be a requirement for you to travel to Germany from time to time.

Diary Management



Duties will include:



Maintaining office services and efficiency by implementing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, stationery, office supplies and stock take.


Building management; H&S, security, facilities, liaise with Landlords and Tenants.


Accounts functions using Xero; preparing payroll, team expenses, invoicing, payments, cashflow reporting, reconciliations, VAT and end of year preparation, HMRC and banking transactions. Achieves financial objectives by preparing budgets; cash flow, forecasting and scheduling expenditure. Liaising with Accountants and Solicitors.


HR functions; updating employee records, holidays, sickness, practices and procedures; HR queries and handling employee relations.


PA work; diary management, knowledge of preparing documents, correspondence, minutes, presentations and reports; organising meetings and events; assist with new developments; ad-hoc duties.


Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
