An exciting position has arisen for a Management Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to join a leading provider of training services throughout the South-East, located at our prestigious Management Training and Conference facility in Cosham.
Taking the lead for delivery of our Management, Supervisory and Team Leader Apprenticeship frameworks incorporating CMI/ILM Diplomas and Functional Skills, you will be responsible for design, scheduling and delivery of training, work based assessment to the new standards, and coaching learners to ensure successful outcomes are achieved. The role requires a first class service in implementing creative training solutions for Apprentices working from Team Leading through to Operational Management levels.
With stretching targets to achieve, you must possess the ability to engage with employers and learners from 16 years plus across a wide range of vocational contexts, be able to manage your own diary and to meet set targets, working to quality standards defined by external agencies. You will need to demonstrate occupational competence from a Managerial role, combined with a background in training and assessing qualifications. You must also hold or be working towards a teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) and an Assessor Award (D32/A1 or TAQA). An ILM or CMI Management qualification would be advantageous.
Learners will be based in individual employer premises, so you must be flexible to travel within the role and a full driving license and use of car is essential for this post.
