An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analystto join a leading Swindon based Company.
The role will suit a part - qualified Accountant who wishes to join a market leader in the Warehouse /Production/ Logistics sector. It is a great opportunity to develop your current set of skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a Production/Logistics environment with experience inmanaging budgets, planning and forecasting. You will be able to handleManagementrequests against budget and forecasts andensurea business case is evident for the increase or it is refused and put a business case forward for over spend on specific and challenging requests.
You will also have the following key roles and responsibilities in assisting with:
strategies for cost reduction
Productionaccurate and timely management and financial report
Supporting all Compliance and policy procedures
Assisting with forecasting and budget control
General accounting
Management of sales and purchase ledgers
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent numerical knowledge, Financial Analysis, Analytical skillsand experience in working in a fast paced Finance environment.
The position offers an excellent basic salary together with generous pension, life cover, 24 days per annum rising, private healthcare for the successful candidate and dependents.
Hours of work are 7.45am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, finishing at 2.30pm on a Friday.
