Venture Recruitment Partners are recruiting an excellent opportunity, for a part qualified or newly qualified accountant, to join a global manufacturing organisation based near Portsmouth in the key role of Finance Business Partner.
Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will be working with cross functional teams to support operations and to drive financial performance. This will be a broad role with the ability to influence business managers whilst also being prepared to get into the detail of sales and margin data analysis.
You will possess an improvement focused mind set with a desire to automate and improve analytical processes.
The successful applicant will be a part of newly qualified accountant who has gained experience within a manufacturing or product based environment. Evidence of Business Partnering experience is beneficial. This is an international business with extensive career development opportunities.
