Role
As Asset Charging Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the company's security position. You will work with internal and external customers / stakeholders at all levels, liaising with Solicitors regularly. You will ensure a high quality of service is delivered at all times and that the best value is delivered in regards to the assets. You will support the Corporate Finance team when required.
Profile
You must have previous experience working at management level for a Housing Association. You will need Intermediate to Advanced excel skills including a practical knowledge of v look ups and pivot tables. You should have experience analysing asset, liability and valuations. An understanding of management agreements and compliance or legal documentation is essential. Some finance experience could be helpful. An understanding of land registry and deeded variation is highly desirable.
