Master Data Manager
T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Master Data Manager for a leading West Midlands employer. At a time of exciting growth and change within the business this a great opportunity to join the company. With GBP multi-billion sales and thousands of customers, the role of Master Data Manager is a key appointment to the business. Salary GBP35,000 to GBP40,000, plus Car Allowance and Benefits Package
As Master Data Manager you will be working within a large and vibrant finance Shared Services function and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the efficient management of Master Data records of thousands or customers and suppliers
- Liaise with other finance teams to ensure all Master Data queries are resolved
- Get involved with projects to improve processes and procedures
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to clarify data and build good working relationships
- Lead and a develop a team
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience of working within a similar role, as Master Data Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Ideally you will have worked within a shared services / large finance team
- Excellent administration management skills with good IT proficiency - excellent Excel skills are essential and you should also have experience of database / CRM systems
- The ability to manage high volumes of transactions whilst maintaining excellent standards of accuracy - taking individual responsibility but working as part of a team
- Someone who thrives in an environment that is constantly changing and seeking improve processes, systems and people to achieve great performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder / relationship management skills
