Independent Financial Adviser - GBP35,000 Basic Salary with on target earnings of GBP60,000 to GBP90,000 - All Leads are Provided
Or client are one of the leading names within the Financial Services sector, they are award winning with nationwide coverage and are fully Independent offering a comprehensive service to Professional High Net Worth customers.
They are currently looking to recruit Diploma Qualified Financial Advisers who can help continue their business growth, all Leads are Provided to Advisers
The Role
This role is offering fully Independent Advice, the client is extremely proud of the fact they still offer a full Independent Financial Advice service to their customers. You will be working from a large client base, all Leads are provided and these are all Professional High Net worth clients. You will provide holistic Financial Planning to both new and existing customers in a compliant manner. You will be required to provide exceptional client service adhering to the FSA principles of "Treating Customers Fairly". As an IFA you will need to plan and work towards achieving individual business targets as agreed with management.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma level 4 Qualified with a minimum of 2 years Industry Experience
- Previous Experience working as a Financial Adviser with a proven track record of meeting annual sales targets
- A high level of confidence with the Drive and Motivation to deliver and exceed business targets
- Eagerness to Learn & Develop skills and knowledge continually
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your diary accordantly
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills both written and verbal
- Clear history, Complaints Credit & Criminal history etc
Further Information: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser / IFA to work with a leading industry name that offers full support and lead generation. Access is given to a large client base of high net worth clients for you to work with. The company has an excellent Marketing and PR team who assist their Adviser with Setting up events and Conferences with the aim of increasing brand awareness and over all business. There is a Para-planning service than can be used and support to help advisers gain Chartered Status
In return this Fantastic position is offering a basic salary of GBP35,000 and OTE of GBP60,000 to GBP90,000 Plus, candidates from a Bancassurance environment will be acceptable for this positions long as they are working to current targets
