Independent Financial Adviser - Up To GBP50,000 Basic Salary with on target earnings of GBP75,000 to GBP90,000 plus
Jigsaw Recruitment are pleased to be working with an Award Winning, National Firm of Independent Financial Advisers who are looking to Employ Diploma Qualified Financial Advisers to join their growing team of IFA's across the UK
This is an Employed position where all Leads and support are provided by the client
The Role
The successful candidate will be Providing Independent Financial Advice to both new and Existing customers, these customers are professional High Net Worth clients who require the best possible service in a compliant and competent manner and at a time that fits into their busy work schedule.
The role holder will be responsible for the planning of their daily diary to make sure they are working towards achieving and exceeding set business targets. All leads will be provided with the Marketing and PR team also arranging conferences, events and open evenings to help build lasting relationships with your clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Fully Diploma Qualified (Chartered Status preferred but not essential)
- Previously experience of working as an IFA with a track record of achieving sales targets
- CAS Status (or very recent)
- Presentable with Excellent Communications Skills, both Written and Verbal
- Ability to manage your work/diary to maintain the set business targets
- The Drive and Ambition to deliver
- Clear Credit & Criminal history etc
- Bancassurance candidates will be acceptable if they are currently exceeding all of their set targets (Proof Required)

Access is given to a large client base of high net worth clients for you to work with. The company has an excellent Marketing and PR team who assist their Adviser with Setting up events and Conferences with the aim of increasing brand awareness and overall business. There is a Para-planning service than can be used and support to help advisers gain Chartered Status if it is not already held

In return this Fantastic position is offering a basic salary up tp GBP50,000 with an OTE of GBP75,000 to GBP90k plus
