Office Team are recruiting for a Renewals Account Manager to join a vibrant firm based in Castleford. This is a telephone based role that will require you to provide first class customer service experience whilst working to targets in a fast paced environment.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Head of department, you will be tasked with the renewal of customers contracts
- You will do this through exploring 3 levels of service and investigate any problems that they may have experienced?? You will work to KPIs and will be required to work to a team target
- Should clients not wish to renew the contract you will ask investigative questions to understand the reasons why they do not wish to renew
- Offering a first class customer service experience you will be softly targeted in getting the clients extend their contracts
- You will record this information on the in house system and will communicate internally to let the processing team know that they are extending
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to multitask and perform a variety of tasks
- Have a high attention to detail
- Previous experience of working to KPIs is essential
- Must have the ability to build good rapport

GBP18,000k - GBP19,000k , plus additional benefits
