To develop and maintain relations with existing and potential new clients, in order to maintain long-term partnerships.
The role:
- To create, develop and maintain strong relationships with the solid base of existing clients and new
customers.
- To manage the post-sales relationship with client's portfolio.
- To manage the sales strategy for the company products in the relevant markets.
- To negotiate prices, margins and tailoring the products to the client's needs.
- To achieve sales targets.
- To make the business grow with an exquisite promotion of product and services.
- To renewal and upsell opportunities with assigned accounts.
- To introduce them on industry trends, new releases and product enhancements.
- To get things done, to make things happen & continually look for better ways of doing things.
Profile:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fluent in German (To a mother tongue level)
- Previous experience in Business Development / Sales / Account management / Customer
relationship management would be beneficial.
- IT literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quick-thinker and effective problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manners
Salary: Up to GBP23,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
