I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a successful manufacturing business supporting customers through the complete order process.
The role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary up to GBP35K + benefits.
As the Customer Account Representative you will be the initial and critical point of contact with customers relative to a comprehensive order fulfilment process which may include pre-sales product information, order entry, basic quotations, shipments and delivery status, warranty returns support post sales follow-up, initial technical assistance requests and service.
Key to the role:
A combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of customer service (including order and quotation data entry for products and services), export compliance, catalogue sales and interpretation of sales terms all accomplished through direct customer contact and coordination with internal cross-functional organizations.
Experience working with SAP sales ordering/quotation systems and database management tools.
Knowledge of Import and Export procedures including knowledge of IPR procedures`
An understanding of End User Undertakings and Export Licence presentations, as a minimum
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relations and to effectively communicate and present information to team members, team leaders and top management.
