Account Manager Team Lead (Senior Account Manager Customer Support Web Agency Website Online Digital WordPress Media) required by my web agency client in Brighton, Sussex. You MUST have the following:
- Current or recent experience as an Account Manager Team Lead- setting standards, procedures and policies for a team of account managers
- Current or recent experience in digital, online, web project delivery
- Excellent man-management experience- appraisals, budgeting, training, hiring and mentoring
- Man-management experience of account managers
- Excellent client or stake holder management experience
The following would be DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Agile
- Project Manager certifications such as PRINCE2
Role: Senior Account Manager (Team Lead) joining a UK leading web agency that provides websites to small businesses and blue-chip clients locally and internationally, from their office in Brighton, Sussex. As Account Manager Team Lead, you will be implementing account management and client services standards across a team of four people in a rapidly growing team. You will be an escalation point for client issues and work collaboratively with the Project Director, Sales Director and Technical Director. You will have full man-management responsibilities of your team including hiring, appraisals, delegation of work, training and mentoring. This is a new role that will allow you to implement approaches and create a significant difference. The team and company are growing, allowing for future opportunities and progression.
You will be joining a a dynamic and sociable company with excellent progression opportunities. They have doubled in size in the last 12 months and will likely double in size, from the current 40 people, in the next 12-18 months.
