Position: Inside Business Development ConsultantLocation: Burton-Upon- TrentSalary: Up to GBP 21K basic / GBP35K OTEAre you an experienced inside / internal sales professional seeking a fresh challenge with a leading Midlands based firm?Here at 360 Solutions UK we are looking for a new key team member to join our sales and marketing team We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Business Development Consultant to join our team.
If you come from a strong sales background and have a track record of over achieving targets thenwe want to hear from you.The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth
objectives. You must be comfortable making a large number of outbound calls per day, working with our existing customer portfolio
to develop relationships, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.Responsibilities:
- Generation of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls.
- Develop current customer accounts to cross sell additional products and services
- Work to monthly targets
- Mapping of market sector - identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and experience of high volume calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
