We are currently looking for a Contingent Work Force Business Partner to work for a major Automotive organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands

Job Title: Contingent Work Force Business Partner

Experience: Recruitment/temporary staffing

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Rate: From GBP22.00 to GBP25.31 per hour Ltd Co.

Hours: 40 per week

The Role:

*The role is required to optimise and manage the use of contingent labour across the business

*The objective of the role will be to embed the Contingent Labour Policy, and work with functions to challenge non-compliance and address issues or concerns

*The role will aim to deliver functional contingent labour requirements, in the right way and at the right cost, and will do so by way of forecasting contingent labour requirements, assisting in rate card development, benchmarking and review, and by addressing extraordinary rates/tenure/other risks

*Additionally, the role will, along with other CWBPs and the HR Manager for Contingent Labour, be responsible for driving the Contingent Labour strategy.

Skills Required:

*Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels

*Ability to develop and foster stakeholder relationships at all levels

*Ability to solve problems creatively and to constructively challenge established practice

*Ability to source and analyse data and make informed strategic recommendations

Experience Required:

*Experience in a Corporate environment

*Experience/knowledge of the recruitment/temporary staffing industry and market

*Experience/knowledge of employment law

*PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills - desirable

Education Required:

*University Degree desirable but not essential if relevant experience

*Certified Contingent Worker Professional qualification desirable, but no specific qualifications/training essential

*40 hours per week with 3.30pm finish on Fridays
