QUANTITY SURVEYOR - RETAIL FIT-OUT
Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire
Salary: GBP30k - GBP40k

JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the construction industry our client is one of the UK's most established retail and interior contractors, providing products and services to create retail environments. They currently require an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking cost analysis for project work.
- Performing risk, value management and cost control.
- Allocating work to subcontractors.
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
- Assisting the site manager in any cost or analytical decisions to positively benefit the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Retail Sector
- Have a relevant qualification, e.g. degree in Quantity Surveying
