TVH Marketing Solutions are pleased to be partnering with this professional services firm that have an International reach in their bid to secure the services of a Direct Marketing Executive.
The Direct Marketing Executive will be supporting the planning, delivery and analysis of direct marketing campaigns (including, but not limited to, direct mail, print media and door drops), to optimise response and sales at a controlled CPA, while maximising ROI and profit.
In addition, the role will provide support to the wider marketing team, including creative development and deployment, sales collateral management and DRTV creative delivery.
Skills
- Managing the delivery of high volume B2C direct mail campaigns, including data planning and print execution.
- Analysing direct mail campaign performance, developing testing plans and converting insight into performance improvements in future campaigns.
- Managing the creative production process and executing campaigns.
- Managing internal stakeholders to approve plans and new campaign creative.
- Managing data and creative agencies.
- Microsoft Office; including presentation production, campaign performance graphs and charts and creating and analysing Pivot Tables.
- Managing the delivery of print media and door drop campaigns, including the build of 'cost per response' campaigns.
- Managing financial service campaigns and understanding the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
- Sales team engagement and digital response channels
- Creating new, and challenging campaign copy and content.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and analysis of campaigns (especially direct mail), avoiding errors through focus and attention to detail.
- Develop and deliver campaign testing plans, to increase response and achieve CPA and sales targets.
- Use research and insight to develop responsive creative and concepts and ensure all creative is compliant (regulatory and brand).
- Manage and brief data, media, print and creative agencies.
- Work with the Digital team to ensure co-ordination of campaigns and optimise the digital halo response.
- Support the creation of internal performance reports.
- Support direct, and occasionally digital, marketing activity as need occurs.
- Provide regular competitor updates.
- Sales collateral management.
- Cost tracking and processing.
