Interim Housing Solicitor, Kent - An exceptional six month contract opportunity for a talented Housing Solicitor to enjoy a varied part-time role with vast flexibility.
JOB TITLE: Interim Housing Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: GBPExcellent
THE ROLE:
This thriving organisation requires the services of a part-time Housing Solicitor with experience across the full range of housing and related enforcement matters. Your typical workload will include landlord and tenant disputes, housing options, disrepair, SLAs and access issues. There will also be some involvement in conveyancing matters around right to buy, right to acquire and title queries.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 5years PQE and availability to commence work in January. You will have acquired substantial expertise in housing management and will be confident in managing your own workload with minimal supervision. This is a standalone role for 25hours per week for a six month period on a fixed term contract. There is potential for this role to become permanent thereafter dependant on the needs of the organisation.
