With a strong position both here in the UK and internationally, we're looking to build on our success and have an ambitious growth plan for the next few years. As well as product innovations, we're set to deliver smarter strategies in areas such as distribution, marketing and pricing.
What you'll be doing
An internal source of expertise, you'll deliver clear and practical legal advice to our teams here in the UK. It's a high-profile role that will see you engaging with senior-level stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities and playing a key role in strategy development. You'll play an integral role in global product launches. Working closely with our brand teams, you'll review our advertising, marketing materials, promotions, press releases and more. Your time will also be spent focusing on commercial contracts (from customer and supplier contracts through to sponsorship agreements).
What we're looking for
An English-law qualified solicitor, you'll have a proven corporate track record with leading law firm - and ideally some in-house experience too. You'll certainly have a strong academic record and excellent knowledge of both contract and commercial law. Business acumen is very important. You'll need to have a firm grasp of commercial imperatives and be able to translate these into practical solutions. Confident and credible, you'll also need to be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at the highest levels.
