Are you an Experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Working for a Multi Global Insurance company in the heart of Nottingham City Centre I have a 12 month fix term contract to join a growing organisation.

Working in an open plan busy office managing a team of two administrators, I am looking for an articulate, organised individual who has managed a small cohesive team who also has good Excel skills.

Location: Nottingham City Centre

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5:00pm

Start: February 2017

Salary: GBP18000.00pa

Responsibilities:

- To reconcile data to database records for audit purposes.
- To ensure that database extended Search requests are processed within the required time-scales and that the results are reported accordingly.
- To assist with maintenance of procedure manual and to ensure that current procedures are filed onto in-house data management system.
- To correspond with brokers/underwriters as necessary using standard documentation wherever possible.
- To maintain an efficient and presentable filing system, ensuring that filing is completed in an orderly and timely manner, and that obsolete files are archived and indexed as necessary.
