We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Vetting Caseworker to join our Recruitment and Vetting team.
We are looking for the Recruitment and vetting Caseworker to be responsible for the authorisation and appointment of a number of Registered Individual applicants.

You will be responsible for vetting a number of applications, you will need to complete references & the relevant checks to demonstrate the applicant's fitness & propriety and arrange for the appropriate training so the advisor can be appointed to submit business with Intrinsic.
This position plays a essential role in the On-Boarding function. This will provide the successful candidate with fantastic exposure across Intrinsic as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for processing a number of Adviser applications 'Your Pipeline' in a timely manner, as detailed in the service standards.
- Have a clear understanding of the Intrinsic Recruitment & Vetting procedures and the FCA regulations that feed in to them.
- Complete and obtain the relevant checks and pipeline requirements in line with FCA regulations and Recruitment procedures, to clearly demonstrate an applicant's fitness & propriety.
- Co-ordinate your day to day workload and change priorities when required.
- Liaise with internal departments in the process of vetting Advisor & Firm applications.
- Be able to obtain all the relevant information from sources and offer a solution when discussing a case with a senior member of the team.
- Regularly checking your recruitment pipeline, for accuracy.
- Sign off files (for approval) for registration with Intrinsic. Your cases will go through Quality
- Checking and you can work towards achieving your full autonomy.
- Working closely with the Regional Directors to ensure they are fully aware of the progress of their cases.
- Requesting a suitable training date for the adviser at the appropriate time of the process and that all relevant online testing has been completed beforehand.

Experience required:

- Experience working within Financial Services would be preferred but not essential
- Strong administration experience is essential for this position.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel & Word would be beneficial.

Qualifications required:

- 5 GCSE's grades A-C including Math's and English
