Reporting to the Courier Network Development Manager, this role manages the analysis, reporting and insights to help facilitate the optimisation of quality of service, best working practices, SOP's and overall transparency of how Hermes manage a candidate through the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will be comfortable analysing and manipulating complex data sets held often in MS Excel and Salesforce CRM reports.

The role forms an integral part of the Operational Development team and supports the wider Field Operations team to effectively manage, influence and control courier recruitment and associated processes.

You'll have accountability for specific tasks such as:

- Challenge standards & develop solutions that improve efficiency and quality courier recruitment.
- Provide insight into trends and key facts from data mining, explore functionality, limitations and opportunities to develop these systems and reports as required.
- Unpick business processes and their associated datasets to understand the limitations and opportunities available; using knowledge and offering solutions as part of a consultative approach.
- Assist the Courier Network Development Manager in the preparation of weekly/monthly forecasts and logging and presenting/trending website, application and churn data.

You will have the passion, drive and confidence to work cross functionally across the region as part of a growing team.

Essential Skills for the role:

- Analytical thinking, interpreting, linking and analysing information to understand issues and help solve problems.
- Planning & organising.
- Resilient and self-motivated, the ability to bounce back from set-back and sees way through to solutions with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Commercial Awareness.
- The ability to handle multiple and/or complex tasks with evidence of successful outcomes.
- Strong MS Office experience; particularly MS Excel.
- Experience of working within a target driven environment
- Ability to identify trends and problem solve.
- Full driving licence (preferably with no or minimal points).
