The role of Business Analyst will involve some travel.
The role:
- As Business Analyst, you will undertake data analysis to identify trends and anomalies between financial data and productivity and efficiency metrics
- Introducing new business management concepts using data driven approach
- Training staff in the use of time capture and scheduling systems
- Supporting managers in the analysis of operational efficiency metrics
- Making recommendations for the performance improvement of existing business planning tools and reports
The person:
- As Business Analyst, you must be able to undertake data analysis to identify trends and anomalies between financial data and productivity and efficiency metrics
- You will utilise appropriate data to validate business cases for purchase of equipment or increase resources including the calculation of return on investment
- Able to prepare change management plans
- Able to deliver training in a positive, engaging and motivating manner
- Able to engage staff in the importance of resource management and its use in driving operational productivity and efficiency
- You will need exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with people up to CEO level.
- Excellent presentation skills
