Brief Job Purpose
*Act as a first point of contact for all HR/ER related issues across the organisation
*Provide consistent, comprehensive and professional HR advice and support to Managers on a full range of HR and Employee Relations issues, ensuring practice is in line with procedure and legally compliant.
*Working closely with the Director to ensure smooth and timely transfer of employment, or changes due to service loss or acquisition
*Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Job Matching in accordance with company procedures
To be considered for this role you will need a minimum 1 years experience in a HR Advisory role, ideally within the public sector however not essential. You will also have experience of job evaluation or company restructure.
