Position: HR Assistant / Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP24,000 per annum

Our clients located is looking for a HR Assistant / Administrator to support for an established team in Birmingham.

Role and Responsibilities

Processing benefit provider invoices for finance to organise payment; auditing report outputs.
Process all administration associated with employment policies, updating, revising and communicating for employees.
Monitoring and processing probationary reviews
General HR correspondence : including letters for promotions, flexible working etc.
Keeping policies and procedures up to date
Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time
Arranging board meetings

Candidate requirements:

You must also have the ability to work with minimum supervision and hold excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong Excel and IT skills
Good team player and communicator
