HR Manager - GBP40K plus benefits - IMMEDIATE START NEEDED
FTC until September - IMMEDIATE START
Up to GBP40K plus car or car allowance

UK travel is required
A large facilities company, with their base in Watford, are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a FTC covering Maternity. The business has experienced a period of growth, expanding to 2000 employees and is looking for a HR Manager to work along side the other managers in the HR team.
You will be highly experience in employee relations and managing a large case load of disciplinaries and grievances. Strong knowledge of TUPE in and out is a requirement. This role is 80% operational and 20% business focused.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Employ relations
- Disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals
- TUPE in and out
- Absence management
HR Manager Requirements:
- CIPD qualified
- Previous experience as a HR Manager or HR Advisor/ Officer
- Strong experience with ER
- TUPE knowledge is a must
- Willingness to travel to other areas of the UK
- Commutable to Watford head office
